Terms & Conditions of Booking Courses Online

• All bookings must be secured with a registration fee. A place on a course is not confirmed until the registration fee has been paid.
• Reiki Training: Please note that any deposits made for Reiki training CANNOT be refunded, however if given 7 days notice they can be  transferred to the next reiki course only.
• ITEC Diploma Training :  Please note that deposits are not refunded under any circumstances, you can use your deposit towards one of the modules if you are not going ahead with the full Diploma.  There is an administration fee for any changes. 
• The registration fee is included in the total cost of the course advertised.
• All other GTC courses: If cancelled more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course 50% of the registration fee only  will be refunded. If a course is cancelled at any stage a €50.00 administration fee will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 14 days but more the 7 days prior to the commencement of the course, the registration fee will not be refunded. However you may transfer that registration to a different course within 2 years.  This allows you to enrol in an alternative course without paying another registration fee. Please note an administration fee of €50.00 will be charged for this service.
• If cancelled less then 7 days prior to commencement of course all fees paid will not be refunded and no transfer will be possible.
• If a course is cancelled at any stage a €50.00 administration fee will be charged.  If you are paying via subscription or with installments, a €50.00 administration fee will be charged per each single payment and subscription.
• If a person is unable to attend due to illness medical evidence will be required to support this.
• If a course has to be cancelled by Green Tara College for any reason, GTC is not reponsbile for any payments made for bookings of accommodation

Non-attendance

• Payments for courses will not be refunded if people fail to turn up for the class.
